Keiichi Tanaami (July 21, 1936 – August 9, 2024) was a Japanese pop artist who was active as multi-genre artist from the 1960s as a graphic designer, illustrator, video artist and fine artist.

Early life and career
Keiichi Tanaami was born in Tokyo on 21 July 1936,[1] as the eldest son of a textile wholesaler. He was 9 years old when Tokyo was bombed during the Great Tokyo Air Raid of World War II in 1945.
